1. HOW TO ENTER
   1. The CBS Radio Toro Snow Days Contest ("Contest") will begin at 12:00 am Eastern Time (ET) on Monday, December 11, 2006 and end at 11:59 pm ET on Sunday, December 3`, 2006 (the "Entry Period").
   2. To participate in the contest, you may enter via 1 http://wfan.com and, following the online instructions, complete and submit the online registration form during the Entry Period. Entrants must submit their guess of the number of cumulative inches of snow that will fall in Central Park from December 1, 2006 through New Years Eve (12/31/06), as well as their first and last name, complete address, city, state, zip code, home telephone number and a valid email address in the online entry form. All entries must be received by December 31, 2006 by 11:59PM. Only one Internet entry per person and one Internet entry per email address is permitted. Internet entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible by assigning email address or the domain associated with the submitted email address. The person who guesses the exact snowfall amount ("Qualifying Winner"), to the nearest tenth of an inch will qualify for a chance to win the Grand Prize.
   3. EACH OF THE QUALIFYING WINNERS FROM THE SIX (6) CBS RADIO STATIONS IN THE NEW YORK MARKET - WFNY, WINS, WCBS-AM, WCBS- FM, WFAN, AND WNEW - (THE "STATIONS") WILL BE ENTERED INTO THE GRAND PRIZE DRAWING FOR A TORO SNOW THROWER. THERE WILL BE ONLY ONE GRAND PRIZE WINNER FOR THIS CONTEST, AND ONLY ONE GRAND PRIZE WILL BE AWARDED.
   4. The Stations are not responsible for entries not received due to difficulty accessing the Internet, service outage or delays, computer difficulties or other technological glitches.
   5. One entry per name, address, and/or household. AN ENTRANT MAY BE A QUALIFYING WINNER ONLY ONCE.

    

2. ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS
   1. The contest is open to all persons who are 18 years of age or older and who reside in tri-state area. Employees of The Toro Company, WFNY, WINS, WCBS-AM, WCBS- FM, WFAN, and WNEW, their licensee, and each of their corporate parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates, their advertising agencies, participating sponsors/promotional partners, other radio stations in the New York metropolitan area and the members of their immediate families and those living in the same household are ineligible to participate or win.
   2. Only one winner per household is permitted in any contest conducted by the Stations.
   3. Contestants are required to provide truthful information and the Stations will reject and delete any entry that they discover to be false or fraudulent. The Stations will disqualify any entry from individuals who do not meet the eligibility requirements, and the Stations will also delete any entry received from persons under the age of 13 in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act.

   
   
    

3. PRIZES
   1. One (1) Qualifying Prize per Station - Six (6) total Qualifying Prizes for Contest: Qualifying Prize is two (2) tickets to a Broadway Show and Dinner for two (2) - Show times and restaurant to be selected solely at the discretion of the CBS Radio Stations and winners. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each Qualifying Prize: $350.00.
   2. One (1) Grand Prize: Toro Snow Thrower (Approximate Retail Value: $599.95. Note only one (1) Grand Prize will be awarded by the Stations.
   3. All prizes or prize certificates may be picked up at the office of the Station at the address below. The winner will forfeit any prize or prize certificate not claimed within forty-five (45) days of winning. In the event that a prize or prize certificate is mailed to the winner, it will be with the prior written consent of the winner and therefore, winner assumes the risk of its loss. The Stations are not responsible for the safe arrival of a prize or prize certificate.
   4. There is no substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent for prizes, except that Stations may, at their sole discretion, substitute prizes of comparable value or cash. The prizes are expressly limited to the item(s) listed above and do not include taxes, gratuities or any other expenses. Other restrictions may apply.

   
   
    

4. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
   1. Decisions of Stations's management with respect to the contest are final.
   2. The Qualifying Winner shall be the person who guesses the exact snowfall amount will qualify for a chance to win the Grand Prize (pending verification of eligibility) for each of the Stations. Official snowfall amount to be determined by National Weather Service Point Forecast for Central Park, NY (also to be located at http://www.weather.com). If more than one person selects the exact amount of snowfall, the qualifying winner will be selected by a random drawing from all the correct entries. If no one selects the exact amount of snowfall the person who is the closest (higher or lower) will be the qualifying winner. If there is more than one person, the winner will be selected by a random drawing from those entries.
   3. Potential Grand Prize Winner will be selected by a random drawing of the Qualifying Winners on or around January 2, 2007 and will be notified via telephone by a member of CBS Radio's Promotions Department.
   4. Odds of qualifying depend upon the number of correct entries received on each participating station's website. Odds of a Qualifying Prize winner winning the Grand Prize are 1:6.
   5. Winner does not need to be present to win.
   6. Potential Winners must execute and return any required Affidavit of Eligibility and/or Release of Liability Prize Acceptance Form within ten (10) days of notification attempt or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be chosen by random selection of the remaining Entrants or Qualifying Prize Winners, as applicable.

   
   
    

5. CONDITIONS
   1. Payments of all federal, state and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the winners. Winners may be required to sign an IRS Form W-9 or the equivalent.
   2. By participating in the contest, the winner or winners agree to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest without additional financial or other compensation, and, where legal, to sign a publicity release confirming such consent prior to acceptance of the prize.
   3. Prior to awarding any prize or prize certificate, the Stations in their sole discretion may require contest winners (and their travel companions, if any) to sign a liability release, agreeing to hold the Stations, their licensees, their parent corporations, subsidiary and affiliated corporations, and the officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of them harmless against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or participation in the contest.
   4. The Stations, in their sole discretion, reserve the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the Stations' Web Sites or is otherwise in violation of the rules. They further reserve the right to cancel, terminate or modify the contest if it is not capable of completion as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort.
   5. The Stations reserve the right to make changes in the rules of the contest, including the substitution of a prize of equivalent value, which will become effective upon announcement.
   6. Failure to comply with the contest rules may result in a contestant's disqualification solely at the discretion of the Stations.
   7. The Stations are not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the contest, or in the announcement of a prize.
   8. Copies of the written contest rules and a list of winners (when complete) are available during regular business hours at the main studio of each of the participating stations.
